Notice regarding Season Ticket Holder playoff ticket packages

We have encountered a technical anomaly when processing cancelled events and future game payments as it relates to the Kitchener Rangers playoff ticket packages.

The system did not issue a refund from the cancelled Game “D” (Game 7 of the Round 1 series vs. Guelph), but instead applied a credit to the overall amount owing for the total Kitchener Rangers playoff ticket package.

Fans were then charged for all four possible home games (Home Games “E”, “F”, “G” and “H”) that could occur in Round 2 (Games 1, 2, 5 and 7, respectively).

The total overpayment that occurs will be credited to your credit card within two business days of the last game of the playoffs having been played.
