1) Today marks the first of two meetings this season between the North Bay Battalion and Kitchener Rangers. Kitchener was 2-0-0-0 vs. North Bay last season. The two teams will meet again on November 23rd at 7pm in North Bay.
2) The Battalion saw a two-game win streak snapped last night following a 3-2 loss to the Owen Sound Attack.
3) The Rangers are riding a season-long three-game losing skid following a 5-2 loss on home ice to the Owen Sound Attack on Friday night.
4) The Battalion have just one road win on their season, coming into today with a 1-4-0-0 record away from home. The Rangers are 2-3-1-0 at The Aud.
5) Anthony Dumont-Bouchard remains out of the lineup for tonight’s game with an upper body injury.
6) Battalion forward Justin Brazeau leads the team in scoring with 18 points (10G, 8A), and sits eighth overall in league scoring.
7) The Kitchener Rangers home power play sits 9th in the OHL, executing at an 18.5% efficiency (5-for-27). Their home penalty kill is 13th overall at 78.1% (25-for-32).
