USA Hockey Announces Jamie Langenbrunner in 2023 Hall of Fame Class
USA Hockey announced today their Hockey Hall of Fame Class for 2023 which included Petes alumnus, Jamie Langenbrunner.
Langenbrunner played 124 games with the Petes from 1993-1995 and tallied 75 goals and 115 assists for 190 points. He also tallied 12 goals and 20 assists for 32 points in 18 playoff games. In his second year in Peterborough, he made his NHL debut with the Dallas Stars.
He was drafted in the 2nd round, 35th overall, in the 1993 NHL Entry Draft by the Dallas Stars. Langenbrunner played 1109 career NHL games, scored 243 goals and added 420 assists for a total of 663 points with the Dallas Stars, New Jersey Devils, and St. Louis Blues.
Langenbrunner is a two-time Stanley Cup Champion as a member of the 1999 Dallas Stars’ Stanley Cup championship team and the 2003 New Jersey Devils’ Stanley Cup championship team. He was also the captain of the 2010 United States Olympic Team.
Langenbrunner joins Dustin Brown, Brian Burke, Katie King-Crowley and Brian Murphy in the 2023 USA Hockey Hall of Fame class.
