Training Camp Day 2 Wrap Up: Scrimmages
Peterborough Petes 2024 Training Camp presented by Sign-A-Fied, East Side Mario’s, and Hybrid Fitness, Health, Performance completed the first day of scrimmages on Wednesday, August 28. A total of six, 25 minute games were played, with each team facing each other twice. Full scrimmage stats can be found below:

Player Comments:
“Everyone came into camp ready to compete”, noted Jonathan Melee. “We believe we’re really going to surprise some people this year.”
“It’s great to be back on the ice,” commented Ryder McIntyre. “The scrimmages were high tempo and everyone competed hard. I can’t wait for the rest of the week.”
“It’s great to be back in Peterborough,” said Carson Cameron. “Everyone is working really hard and pushing each other out there. The intensity is like we’re in the regular season already.”
“I think the day went well,” commented Caden Taylor. “It’s great to be back with the guys and to meet all of the new ones. It’s (camp) a great opportunity for guys like me to become more of a leader.”
