Rye Picks Up First Career Shutout as Petes Blank Generals in Oshawa

On Sunday, December 28, the Peterborough Petes were in Oshawa to take on the rival Oshawa Generals in their first game back from the holiday break. The Petes won the game by a score of 2-0.
Easton Rye led the way for the Petes, stopping all 25 shots that he faced for his first career shutout. Leon Kolarik scored twice, while James Petrovski had the game’s lone assist.
