Jr. Petes Donations: Peterborough and District Sports Hall of Fame

The Peterborough Minor Hockey Council Jr. AAA Petes, in partnership with the Peterborough Petes, are proud to give back to the community through a $2,000 donation to the Peterborough and District Sports Hall of Fame.

The Hall of Fame is home to an extensive collection of more than 10,000 sports memorabilia items and artifacts, with pieces dating back to the mid-1800s. Its exhibits, photographs, and stories celebrate the rich sporting heritage of the region, showcasing the wide variety of sports enjoyed by local residents over the past 150 years.

This donation will help support the preservation and promotion of Peterborough’s remarkable sports history, ensuring future generations can continue to learn from and appreciate the achievements of the community’s athletes, teams, and builders.
