Five Petes Named to NHL Central Scouting’s Preliminary Players to Watch List for the 2026 NHL Draft

On Monday, October 20, NHL Central scouting officially released their Preliminary Rankings List for the 2026 NHL Draft. A total of five Petes were listed in the rankings:
- Adam Novotný (A) – Potential first round selection
- Colin Fitzgerald (B) – Potential second or third round selection
- Leon Kolarik (C) – Potential fourth or fifth round selection
- Adam Levac (C) – Potential fourth or fifth round selection
- Yanis Lutz (W) – Potential sixth and seventh round selection
