Ready for Entry

Have your tickets ready, pack light, and check the latest information for your specific game.

01 // Tickets

Open Your AXS App

Sign in before you travel and confirm your game tickets are visible. Present your ticket in the app for scanning at entry.

If your group is arriving separately, transfer tickets ahead of time where available. Otherwise, enter together.

Charge your phone before leaving home.

02 // Security

Check Your Bag

Guests pass through security screening, and bags receive additional inspection. Bring only what you need.

Review the current bag limits and prohibited items before you travel. Medical necessities and diaper bags have inspection-based exceptions.

03 // Arrival

Give Yourself Time

Check your game announcement for door and puck-drop times. Plan time for parking, the walk to the arena, and security.

For will call, bring photo ID to a box-office window. Need help with your ticket? Ask at the west-concourse box-office windows.

Two things to remember: concessions are cashless—bring a card or contactless payment option. Once you leave the arena, re-entry is not permitted.
