KNIGHTS-GENERALS MEET IN OHL FINALS REMATCH
After a four game sweep in the OHL Championship series, the Knights and Generals will meet for the first time.
On Wednesday night, the Knights shutout the Attack 3-0 at Canada Life Place. Austin Elliott captured his second OHL shutout and improved to a perfect 11-0-0-0 record. Sam O’Reilly continued to stay hot with a goal and an assist while Denver Barkey and Easton Cowan added two points of their own in the win.
The Generals have scored 16 goals in their past two games behind big performances from NHL first round picks Calum Ritchie and Beckett Sennecke. With 11 points in his last two games, Sennecke has a team high 41 points on the season and has helped propel the Generals into first place in the Eastern Conference.
