Knights acquire Crete from IceDogs

The London Knights announced today that the club has acquired forward Max Crete from the Niagara IceDogs in exchange for the rights to prospect Jacob Monks and a ninth round selection in the 2028 OHL Priority Selection.

Crete, 17, recorded 19 points (11 goals, 8 assists) in 68 games with the Niagara IceDogs last season. The Ottawa, ON native recorded 66 points in 29 games in his U16 season with the Upper Canada Cyclones in 2023-24.

Crete was originally drafted 30th overall in the second round by Niagra in last year’s OHL Priority Selection.
