GEORGE, GAZIZOV SET TO FACEOFF TO 2022 CHL TOP PROSPECTS GAME
Knights’ Isaiah George and Ruslan Gazizov are set to play in tonight’s CHL Top Prospect Game.
The Top Prospect Game is held each year, showcasing some of the best talent throughout the CHL who are eligible to be drafted in the upcoming NHL Draft. This year’s game will take place in Kitchener at the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium for a 8:00PM puck drop.
George, the Oakville, Ontario native was selected in the 4th round of the 2020 OHL Priority Selection. George has had an incredible start to the 2021-22 season, posting 5 goals, 15 assists, and 20 points through 55 games. George currently holds a +27 plus/minus, good for 11th in the OHL and 1st among all rookies. George will be in the lineup on Team Red.

Gazizov, native out of Omsk, Russia, was selected with the Knights only pick in the 2021 CHL Import Draft. Gazizov has had an excellent start to his rookie season in London, logging 8 goals, 17 assists, and 25 points through 43 games. Gazizov will be on Team White.
