IceDogs Send Zak Lavoie to Bulldogs in Exchange for Draft Picks
NIAGARA, ON – The Niagara IceDogs have traded forward Zak Lavoie to the Brantford Bulldogs in exchange for three draft picks.

- Zak Lavoie (F)
Zak Lavoie, a 2004 born forward, has skated in 77 career games with the IceDogs since the 2022-2023 season. In 36 games played this year, Lavoie has 13 goals, 8 assists for 21 points. The former seventh overall pick will be heading to his third OHL club after spending a season and a half with the Steelheads prior to his time in Niagara.
The IceDogs are back in action this week with a back-to-back games at home. Goodwill Niagara will be holding a Donation Drive here at the Meridian Centre on Thursday January 11th. The Goodwill Niagara truck and staff will be on hand from 5:30 – 7:30pm. For every bag of donations you bring, you will receive a voucher for a $2 ticket to the January 18th game against the Mississauga Steelheads!
