Soo Greyhounds’ Brady Martin of the Ontario Hockey League announced to the roster for the 2024 CHL USA Prospects Challenge presented by Kubota
Soo Greyhounds leading-scorer, and 2nd year forward, Brady Martin was among 10 OHLers selected today to participate in the 2024 CHL USA Prospects Challenge presented by Kubota Canada.
A native of Elmira, ON – Martin whom is Assistant Captain with the club, paces the Hounds through 10 games of the season with 4 goals (1PPG, 1SHG) and 7 assists, good for 11 points.
That comes after the 6.00, 174-lb winger produced 28 points (10g, 18a) in his rookie campaign one season ago before capturing Gold with Team Canada at the 2024 Hlinky Gretzky Cup this past August.
Building off of one of hockey’s greatest rivalries between Canada and the United States, the CHL USA Prospects Challenge will see the top first-year NHL Draft-eligible prospects from the CHL’s Member Leagues – Western Hockey League (WHL), Ontario Hockey League (OHL), and Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) – face-off against those from the U.S. National Under-18 Team in a two-game series.
The games will take place Tuesday, November 26 in London, ON and Wednesday, November 27 in Oshawa, ON.
