Oshawa Generals announce the return of Badge vs. Shield Showdown!
Oshawa, Ont. – Mark your calendars for October 20th because the Badge vs. Shield Showdown is BACK for another year!
Ahead of the Generals’ 6:05 match against the Saginaw Spirit, we will be hosting our second-annual Badge vs Shield Showdown. Oshawa Fire and DRPS will face off in this exciting event. Each ticket purchased gets you access to the Showdown and the Generals vs Memorial Cup-winning Spirit, as well as $5.00 donated to each department’s respective charities.
Oshawa Fire came away with the trophy last year, but can they hold off the feisty Durham Regional Police team who wants their names on the trophy? Purchase your tickets today to watch this heavy-weight matchup between some of Durham’s finest first responders.

The Badge vs Shield game will start at 3:30pm, with the Generals game starting at 6:05pm.
