MOLSON CANADIAN ULTIMATE HOCKEY SHOOTOUT CHALLENGE – Fri, Sept 29th
Fronts fans, if you want the chance to be a LUCKY FAN randomly selected to SHOOT TO WIN $10,000 in the FIRST intermission courtesy of Molson Canadian, make sure you have a ticket to the Kingston Frontenacs home opener on Friday, September 29th at Leon’s Centre. Five lucky fans will have an opportunity to shoot to win $10,000 and you could be one of them!
During the first period, each selected participant will have a chance to come to the ice and participate in Shootout Challenge. Each participant(s) will be given one (1) chance to take a shot from center ice into a net (1.25” high by 3.25” wide). The Participant who successfully takes a shot and gets the puck into the net, will win $10,000.00!
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter and win, you must be 19 years of age or older and a resident of Ontario. You are not eligible to enter or win, if you are: a) an employee of Molson Canada 2005 (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates and related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, the contest judging organization, any participating locations or the prize suppliers; b) an employee or contractor of a provincial liquor authority, a beer distribution company or a participating licensed establishment, or, any liquor licensee authorized by a provincial liquor authority; c) anyone involved in the development and/or administration of the Contest; or d) a member of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouse, regardless of where they live) or household (whether related or not) of any of the above persons.
HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. On September 29th, 2023, fans can enter the draw for a chance to participate at the Kingston Frontenacs Fan Relations table on the main concourse from 6:00pm until 7:00pm. during the first period, the team will randomly select five (5) participants from among the draw to participate in the shootout (“Shootout Challenge”). Once the five participants have been selected, they will be contact and will be required to meet at ice level to take part in the contest. Before starting the contest, each eligible participant will randomly select a card to determine the order in which a participant will line up to take a shot.
Kingston Frontenacs 2023-24 Home Opener
The Kingston Frontenacs will be kicking off their 2023-24 season on Friday, September 29th when the team hosts the Oshawa Generals at Leon’s Centre in their home opener. Fans will have two opportunities to get their hands on a keepsake as the first 2,000 that enter the venue will receive an “Assemble the Fort” rally towel thanks to Colourways Sneaker World Limited. The Frontenacs will also be handing out 3,000 magnet schedules to fans courtesy of YourTV Kingston.
Make sure to come to the Leon’s Centre early and take part in the Kingston Frontenacs Tailgate Party from 5:00pm until 6:30pm. There will be live entertainment and family fun activities on The Tragically Hip Way to help kick start the season.
The 2023-24 home opener is presented by Scotiabank. The game will also be in support of the United Way KFL&A. Fans will be able to donate and give back to the community throughout the night.

Fans can now purchase tickets through a unique donation link for the Kingston Frontenacs 2023-24 Home Opener. Every ticket purchased through the link will see $2.00 donated back to the United Way Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington. 2023-24 Home Opener Tailgate Party
The Kingston Frontenacs will be hosting a 2023-24 Home Opener Tailgate Party on Friday, September 29th from 5:00pm until 6:30pm. The event will take place in front of the Leon’s Centre on The Tragically Hip Way before the team squares off against the Oshawa Generals. The puck is set to drop at 7:00pm.
The Home Opener Tailgate Party is free to the general public, tickets will be required to attend the game (Game Tickets).
The Party is a kick-off to the Kingston Frontenacs 2023-24 home schedule and a great way for fans to come town to the venue early and take part in a fun event to get everyone ready for the upcoming season. The event will feature live music (Ryan Ziggs and the Zags), food and beverage, family fun activities and games, inflatables, face painting, a balloon artist, and more!
There will be a beer garden at the event presented by the Leon’s Centre and a Food Truck featuring Gino’s Pizza and Pisano’s Old School. The United Way KFL&A will also be in attendance accepting donations for their United Way Campaign.
Anyone attending the tailgate party will have an opportunity to win amazing prizes and tickets to upcoming Kingston Frontenacs events.
