2022-23 was a building block season for the Kingston Frontenacs’ core. It was an opportunity to grow as a team, accept the challenges and gain experience.

Through the ups, the downs, the wins, and losses, lessons were learned. Those lessons will be used as fuel to ignite a purpose to succeed in 2023-24.

Our team’s compete will never waiver. Our expectations remain high and our hunger will not be satisfied. We will compete each and every shift to prove we have what it takes.
