First Day of Scrimmages Complete!
The Barrie Colts wrapped up the first day of scrimmages after completing fitness testing on Monday. With management and coaches looking on, players were battling it out looking to leave a lasting impressions ahead of the 2023-24 OHL Season.
While many players got adjusted to being back at Sadlon Arena, newcomers Riley Patterson, Olivier Savard, Bode Stewart, and Endo Meier hit the ice for the first time as Colts.

9:00 am – 10:30 am (White vs. Red)
10:45 am – 12:15 pm (Navy vs. Gold)
2:00 pm – 3:30 pm (3rd vs. 4th)
3:45 pm – 5:30 pm (1st vs 2nd)
Camp Notes:
- Beaudoin dominates in fitness testing.
- Savard, Punnett, and Frasca set the tempo for training camp with leadership and dominance on the ice.
- Moses & Newton get on the scoreboard in scrimmages.
The annual Blue vs. White game is scheduled for 6:00 pm on Thursday with free hotdogs and admission. Select Colts players will be holding an autograph session on the West side of the concourse from 5:00 pm – 5:20 pm.
