Westland Insurance Community Player of the Month – February
The Barrie Colts have announced that goaltender, Sam Hillebrandt, has been named the Westland Insurance Community Player of the Month for February!
During February, Sam surprised a local goaltender, Tyson, at his game and gifted him a signed stick while cheering him on. A week later, Tyson was able to attend a Colts game where he took in warmup from the bench level and topped it off by reading off the starting lineup ahead of the game. Sam also participated in school visits and recently attended a retirement home visit with other members of the team.
