Barrie Colts Acquire Dylan Tsherna from Brantford Bulldogs
The Barrie Colts have acquired forward Dylan Tsherna from the Brantford Bulldogs in exchange for a 6th round pick in the 2028 OHL Priority Selection.
Tsherna brings a physical, high-energy presence to the Colts’ lineup, known for his relentless work ethic and playoff performances with Brantford. His addition adds experience and grit to Barrie’s forward group as the team looks ahead to the upcoming season.
Barrie Colts Head Coach Dylan Smoskowitz spoke on the acquisition:
“Dylan is a veteran player who plays the game with a high level of aggression and jam that was evident through last year’s playoffs. He fits the mold of a Barrie Colt perfectly, and will be relied upon to provide leadership and guidance to our younger players.”
