BULLDOGS SIGN U18 1st ROUND SELECTION DANIEL CHEN
BRANTFORD, ONTARIO. Brantford Bulldogs General Manager Matt Turek today announced the signing of 2023 U18 1st Round, 7th overall selection, defenseman Daniel Chen to an OHL Scholarship & Development Agreement
Chen, a product of Thornhill, Ontario arrives in Brantford coming off a strong U18 AAA season with the Mississauga Rebels. The 6’4”, 185lbs blueliner brings a rare combination of size and skating ability that immediately impressed Bulldogs staff at both development camp in the spring and again at the recently concluded training camp.
Chen joins two-time OHL Champion, and Dallas Stars prospect, Gavin White as defensemen to make the Bulldogs out of the OHL U18 Priority Selection Draft at their first training camp.
