ARTHUR KALIYEV RECIEVES “A” RATING FROM NHL CENTRAL SCOUTING

It comes as no surprise that Hamilton Bulldogs forward Arthur Kaliyev is all over the NHL radar leading up to the 2019 NHL Draft.

The 17-year old is one of only two Ontario Hockey League players to receive an “A” rating on NHL Central Scouting’s October Players to Watch list.

Kaliyev is coming off a 31-goal performance in his rookie season helping the Bulldogs to the 2017-18 OHL Championship and an appearance in the Memorial Cup.

Already this season, Kaliyev has 6-goals and 10-points in the Bulldogs first four games, tying him for second place in OHL scoring.

In all, 44 OHL players made the list.

35 OHL players were selected in the 2018 NHL Draft including seven players chosen in the first round.

The 2019 NHL Draft will be held June 21-22 in Vancouver, BC.
