OHL Overtime Heroes program nets $10,000 for charity in opening round of 2025 Playoffs
The second round of the 2025 OHL Playoffs gets underway with four games on the docket Thursday night, presenting more opportunities for players to score for a good cause with the OHL Overtime Heroes program presented by OHL Assists.
The stakes get higher in Round 2, with the monetary donation increasing to $3000 per overtime goal. Round 1 action saw a total of $10,000 donated to various charities resulting from five different OT winners scored in the opening round.
Here’s a look at those goals:
April 1, 2025 – Brantford 4 at North Bay 3 – Marek Vanacker
$2000 donation to the Canadian Transplant Association
