Bears Open Pre-season with 4-3 Loss to Colts

The Owen Sound Attack opened the 2024 pre-season with their annual Labour Day trip to the Salon Arena to take on the Barrie Colts.  The Attack’s offence found its stride in the second period where the trio of Konnor Smith, Declan Waddick and Harry Nansi all found the back of the net, unfortunately, Barrie was able to net one more taking the game 4-3.  The Attack goaltending duo of Carter George and Matthew Koprowski split the game in net with George getting the start and making 27 saves and Koprowski coming in midway through the game and making 20 saves.

Up Next for the Attack is their final road game of the pre-season when they visit North Bay on Sunday, September 8, at 2pm.
