Attack Wrapping Up 2024-2025 Hockey Season At Annual Awards BBQ
The Owen Sound Attack Wrapped up the 2024-25 OHL Season with their annual Awards Banquet & BBQ.
An eventful morning filled with baseball paired with a side of competitiveness as the Attack headed to Duncan McLellan Park in Owen Sound for the team’s annual baseball tournament. With the current players and prospects participating, all were split into four separate teams named after four Attack alumni defencemen; Sean Durzi, Andrej Sekera, Mark Giordano and Bobby Sanguinetti.
The event would then move to the Bayshore Community Centre where lunch was served and awards were given. Those attending would get a front row seat to some amazing speeches, some laughs and good look at some Attack prospects.

Harry Lumley Memorial Award (Rookie of the Year) – Pierce Mbuyi
Pat McReavy Award (Unsung Hero) – Tristan Delisle
Ray McKelvie Award (2025 Attack 1st Round Selection) – Max Delisle
Red Leckie Memorial Award (Largest Contribution to the Organization) – Landen Hookey
Howard Hindman Award (Scholastic Player of the Year) – Pierce Mbuyi
Tommy Burlington Award (Leading Scorer) – Landen Hookey
Harry Kazarian Memorial Award (Most Improved Player) – Landen Hookey
Jerry Reid Memorial Award (Regular Season Most Valuable Player) – Carter George
Butch Keeling Memorial Award (MVP of the Playoffs) – Carter George
Dan Snyder Memorial Award (Player that maintains a positive outlook at all times in the Dressing Room) – Ethan Kindree
Dave McComb Memorial Award (Leadership and Perseverance) – David Bedkowski
Helen Lewis Players Choice Award (Dedication to the Team On & Off the Ice) – Carter George
