Attack graduate Deni Goure signs AHL contract with Calgary Wranglers
Calgary, AB – The Calgary Wranglers, AHL affiliate of the Calgary Flames, announced Friday that they’ve signed Owen Sound Attack graduate Deni Goure to to a two-way AHL/ECHL contract for 2024-25.
Goure signs his first professional contract following four seasons in Owen Sound that yielded 102 goals, 149 assists and 251 points over 259 regular season games. Goure added five points (1-4–5) in 15 career OHL playoff games throughout that span.
A 5-foot-11, 170Ib. centreman from Grande Pointe, ON, Goure was originally chosen by the Attack with the 10th overall pick of the 2019 OHL Priority Selection. He finished tied for sixth in OHL scoring in 2023-24, producing 96 points (36-60–96) over 68 games.
