Attack Acquire Jacob Therrien From Battalion
The Owen Sound Attack have announced a trade made with the North Bay Battalion, in traction, the Attack will receive right-winger Jacob Therrien, in exchange for a 2nd Round Pick in 2029 (OS Pick), a 3rd Round Pick in 2026 (KIT Pick), a 5th Round Pick in 2028 (KGN Pick), and a conditional 4th Round Pick in 2029 (OS Pick).

Attack General Manager, Dale DeGray says he is thrilled to welcome Therrien and his family to the organization.
“The Attack would like to welcome Jacob Therrien and his family to the organization. Jacob is a feisty and fiery Brad Marchand type player that I think the fans will instantly enjoy his style of play. Jacob is a very consistent productive player that is approving playoff performer. Coach Wray is familiar with Jacob and his play from his time in North Bay.

Therrien has spend the prior three seasons with the Battalion totalling 44 goals paired with 45 assists in a 170 games played period.
Attach Head Coach, Scott Wray says he’s excited to bring Therrien into the Attack franchise, having prior experiences coaching him in North Bay.
“Jacob is a player I know very well obviously coaching him for a couple of years abd I’m really excited to see what he can do coming to the Western Conference. Jacob has the ability to score and also agitate the other team at the same time. He’s an energy type player and I think he’s going to fit in our culture right away.”

In an unrelated roster move, the Attack confirms that Max Bleicher and Rafik Varosyan will return to Europe for the 2025-26 season and the Attack will use all three of their selections at the upcoming CHL Import Draft.
