2021 Graduation Week – Barret Kirwin
Barret Kirwin, originally a sixth-round pick of the Guelph Storm was acquired by the Attack at the 2018-19 trade deadline. In four seasons in the Ontario Hockey League the native of Barrie, Ontario recorded 69 goals, 73 assists for 142 points in 250 regular season games. He also added two goals and 4 assists in 11 playoff games. Kirwin had a career year in 2019-20, setting career highs in goals (30) a team best, assists (29), points (59), plus/minus (+23), while registering 17 multi-point games including his third career hat trick on February 23rd in front of the Bayshore faithful against the Erie Otters. Kirwin holds the distinction of being the only player to register a hat trick both for and against the Attack on the Bayshore ice.
