2005-06 | Guelph Storm (OHL)

• Made his OHL debut against the Windsor Spitfires on September 22, 2005

• Scored his first career OHL goal against the Sarnia Sting on October 1, 2005

• Finished 2nd on the Storm in rookie scoring tallying 33 points in 65 games

• Named to CHL All-Rookie Team as well as the OHL First All-Rookie Team

• Tallied 13 assists in 14 games during the 2006 OHL Playoffs

2006-07 | Guelph Storm (OHL)

• Finished 2nd in the entire OHL in defenceman scoring tallying 74 points in 67 games

• Tallied 52 points on the power play during the regular season including 15 goals and 37 assists

• Had 19 multi point games during the regular season for the Storm

• Named to OHL First All-Star Team in his second full season

• Scored 2 goals and added 3 assists in 4 games during the 2007 OHL Playoffs

2007-08 | Guelph Storm (OHL)

• Had his first career OHL hat trick scoring 3 goals in one game against the London Knights on September 30, 2007

• Finished 3rd on the Storm in points with 50 in 58 games played

• Led the Storm in power play points scoring 9 goals and adding 28 assists for 37 points with the man advantage

• Named the OHL Most Outstanding Defenceman (Max Kaminsky Trophy)

• Tallied 9 points including 3 goals and 6 assists during the 2008 OHL Playoffs

Post OHL Career:

• Has played with the Los Angeles Kings of the NHL from 2008-09 until the present day

• His current NHL totals are: 1207 games played, 160 goals, 526 assists, 686 points, and 789 penalty minutes

• 2 time Stanley Cup winner with the LA Kings in 2012 and 2014

• 2 time Olympic Gold Medal winner with Canada in 2010 and 2014

• Winner of the Norris Trophy as the NHL’s best defenceman in 2015-16

• 5 time NHL All-Star game participant as well as named to NHL First All-Star team twice

• Winner of the World Cup Gold Medal in 2016-17

• Most recently won the 4 Nations Cup with team Canada in 2024-25
