Spooky Game Night in the Capital
OTTAWA, ON – The Ottawa 67’s are set for a spooky showdown tonight as they host their annual Halloween Game at TD Place. Fans can look forward to a night full of festive fun, including a costume contest, parade, trick-or-treat stations, and more. Puck drop against the London Knights is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Fans can watch the action live on FloHockey, Rogers TV, or tune in to Kenny Walls’ broadcast on TSN 1200.
Last Wednesday, the Ottawa 67’s played their first of two school day games (6-7) against the Brampton Steelheads. Nic Whitehead sealed the win in overtime with a penalty shot, while imports Ondřej Ruml and Filip Ekberg each scored their second goals of the season.
The London Knights head into tonight’s game with a three-game winning streak, most recently beating the Peterborough Petes 6–1 on October 30. Henry Brzustewicz scored twice, while Evan Van Gorp, Caleb Mitchell, Ben Wilmott, and Max Crete each scored a goal to total six goals.
The Ottawa 67’s last faced the London Knights on October 24 at Canada Life Place, where they lost 3-2 in overtime due to a goal from Ben Wilmott.
