Goaltender Noah La Gambina Commits to the Ottawa 67’s

OTTAWA – The Ottawa 67’s announced today that goaltender Noah La Gambina has signed an Ontario Hockey League Scholarship and Development Agreement with the club.

“Noah is an athletic and highly competitive goaltender,” said Ottawa 67’s General Manager Jan Egert. “He was a key member of the Don Mills Flyers’ 2024–25 GTHL Championship team before continuing his journey at St. Andrew’s College. Through both organizations, Noah has continued to grow under the tutelage of each program. We’re excited he has chosen to take the next step in his development path with the 67’s.”

The Richmond Hill, Ontario native was selected by Ottawa in the fifth round (98th overall) of the 2025 OHL Priority Selection. La Gambina made his first OHL appearance during the 2025-26 season, dressing as Jaeden Nelson’s backup against the Oshawa Generals. At St. Andrew’s College U18 AAA last season, the 16-year-old appeared in 24 games, posting a 17-7-0 record, a 2.44 goals-against average, a .908 save percentage and two shutouts.

OTTAWA – Les 67 d’Ottawa ont annoncé aujourd’hui que le gardien Noah La Gambina avait signé avec le club un contrat de bourse d’études et de développement de la Ligue de hockey de l’Ontario.

« Noah est un gardien athlétique et très compétitif », a déclaré Jan Egert, directeur général des 67 d’Ottawa. « Il a été un membre clé de l’équipe des Flyers de Don Mills, qui a remporté le championnat de la GTHL en 2024-2025, avant de poursuivre son parcours au St. Andrew’s College. Au sein de ces deux organisations, Noah n’a cessé de progresser sous la houlette de chacun des programmes. Nous sommes ravis qu’il ait choisi de franchir une nouvelle étape de son parcours de développement avec les 67’s. »

Originaire de Richmond Hill, en Ontario, il a été sélectionné par Ottawa au cinquième tour (98e au total) du repêchage prioritaire de l’OHL de 2025. La Gambina a fait ses débuts dans l’OHL au cours de la saison 2025-2026, en tant que remplaçant de Jaeden Nelson face aux Generals d’Oshawa. Au sein de l’équipe U18 AAA du St. Andrew’s College la saison dernière, le jeune gardien de 16 ans a disputé 24 matchs, affichant un bilan de 17 victoires et sept défaites, une moyenne de 2,44 buts alloués, un pourcentage d’arrêts de 0,908 et deux blanchissages.
