Jaeden Nelson stopped 25 shots in the game.
Scoring the game-winning goal, Josh Brady extended his lead atop the category for the Barber Poles, now up to four on the year. Pinelli also grew his point streak to 10 games.
Brantford is 1-1-0-0 on their weekend trip, beating the Peterborough Petes 4-3 on Thursday night, before falling 4-2 to the Kingston Frontenacs on Friday.
