67’s Pay Final Visit to Generals
With the Eastern Conference playoff race heating up more and more by the day, the Ottawa 67’s are looking to pick up a critical two points, in the first of four games this week. Tonight, the Barber Poles are visiting the Oshawa Generals, for the final time during the 2021-22 OHL season. Puck drop is set for 7:05pm ET, and fans can watch live on Rogers TV, or stream on CHL TV. Kenny Walls has the radio call on 580 CFRA.
Despite a furious third period effort, the 67’s came up just short on Sunday, in a 2-1 home ice defeat at the hands of the Barrie Colts. Jack Beck provided the offence for Ottawa, with Will Cranley turning in a stellar 34-save performance.
The Generals were also in action on Sunday, but were blanked 3-0 by the Hamilton Bulldogs. Zachary Paputsakis did everything he good to keep his team in it, making 34 of 36 saves in the Oshawa goal.
