67’s eye bounce-back in Barrie
The Ottawa 67’s are looking to snap a two-game skid, Saturday night, when they visit the Barrie Colts.
It’s a 7:30pm puck drop, Saturday night, live from the Sadlon Arena. Fans can watch live on Rogers TV, stream on CHL TV, or hear Kenny Walls on the call for TSN 1200.
With Ottawa down 3-0 to the North Bay Battalion, Friday, it was Braeden Kressler, and Will Gerrior scoring to make it a game, but the 67’s rally fell just short in a 3-2 defeat.
The Troops picked up a 9-0 win over those same Frontenacs in their last action on Sunday afternoon. Powered by a four-goal effort from Sandis Vilmanis, Dalyn Wakely scored twice, with Liam Arnsby, and Ihnat Pazii also finding the scoresheet.
Barrie was last at home on Thursday, falling 7-6 to the visiting Oshawa Generals. Riley Patterson scored two, along with goals from Tai York, Roenick Jodoin, Jack Brauti, and Cole Beaudoin.
It’s just the second meeting of the season between these two, with Ottawa winning 8-3 at home on November 5.
