67’s acquire Brady Morrison
The Ottawa 67’s have obtained 18 year old, Thamesville, Ontario native Brady Morrison from the Kingston Frontenacs in exchange for Future Considerations.
Morrison is listed at 6’00 and 175 lbs., he will be in the 67’s line up tomorrow night at the Civic Centre in a game against his former team, the Frontenacs. Last season in Kingston, Morrison was used sparingly but did earn a shut-out against the Oshawa Generals on March 18, 2005.
With the addition of Morrison, the Ottawa 67’s have sent 17 year old David Scamurra home to Mississauga to continue his development. Scamurra was the Ottawa 67’s 6th Round pick in the 2005 OHL Priority Selection.
Brady Morrison was Kingston’s 7th Round pick in the 2004 OHL Priority Selection.
