The Oceanic against the Olympiques tonight at 7: 00pm on RDS and Sportsnet
LONGUEUIL, Friday February 11, 2005 (QMJHL) Tonight’s game between the Rimouski Oceanic and the Gatineau Olympiques will be broadcast on RDS and Sportsnet at 7: 00pm.
All the tickets of tonight’s game included the stand-up places at the Robert-Guertin Centre have been sold. The atmosphere will certainly be very hot with the 4310 fans expected tonight.
The Rimouski Oceanic – which is at the 2nd rank of the East Division and 4th in the general standings will try to win a 15 consecutive game without a defeat. Since January 7, the Oceanic hasn’t lost any of its games and got a 13-0-1 record.
Concerning Sidney Crosby, he needs only one point in tonight’s game to make his sequence at 38 consecutive games with at least one point. In 48 games, Crosby scored 48 goals and added 72 assists for 120 points. He actually leads all the scorers with 37 points more than his closest competitor, team-mate Marc-André Pouliot.
The Olympiques will try tonight before their fans to break the winning sequence of the Rimouski Oceanic. Gatineau is at the 2nd rank of the West Division and 7th in the general standings.
