The Road to the 2024 Memorial Cup begins tomorrow night on CHL TV
Later this spring, TSN will air all three of the CHL’s member leagues (WHL, OHL & QMJHL) Championship Series starting right from Game 1, while RDS will showcase the QMJHL Championship Series from Game 1 onward
Starting tomorrow night with five playoff games on the schedule, fans from every corner of the globe can tune in to CHL TV to begin watching postseason action from across all three of the Canadian Hockey League (CHL) member leagues: the Western Hockey League (WHL), Ontario Hockey League (OHL), and Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League (QMJHL).
CHL TV will be the destination for fans worldwide to watch the Road to the 2024 Memorial Cup as they’ll be able to stream games starting right from the first round of the playoffs all the way through to the conclusion of the Championship Series for the WHL (Ed Chynoweth Cup), OHL (J. Ross Robertson Cup), and QMJHL (Gilles-Courteau Trophy).
Fans looking to catch every playoff game from all three CHL member leagues (WHL, OHL & QMJHL) can do so by purchasing a Playoff All-Access pass ($89.99 plus taxes) on CHL TV. Alternatively, viewers can obtain a WHL, OHL, or QMJHL Regional League Playoff Pass ($59.99 plus taxes) if they wish to watch complete playoff coverage from one league. Round-by-round passes for all three leagues are available throughout the playoffs, including Round 1 access (starting at $19.99 plus taxes). Starting at 7:00 p.m. ET tomorrow, the 2024 Memorial Cup hosts, the Saginaw Spirit, will be one of eight OHL teams who will kickstart the chase for the J. Ross Robertson Cup on Thursday night. Later that same evening, the WHL regular season champions, the Saskatoon Blades, will get the 2024 WHL Playoffs presented by Nutrien rolling with Game 1 of their first-round series against the Prince Albert Raiders at 7:00 p.m. MT. Meanwhile, on Friday night, the 2024 QMJHL Playoffs begin with eight postseason games, including the top-seeded Baie-Comeau Drakkar welcoming the Charlottetown Islanders to Centre Henry-Leonard for the opening game of their first-round playoff series. As the CHL’s official broadcasters, TSN will provide complete coverage of the WHL, OHL, and QMJHL Championship Series later this May beginning with Game 1, while RDS will showcase the QMJHL Championship Series from Game 1 onward.
TSN and RDS will also deliver complete coverage of the 2024 Memorial Cup presented by Dow in Saginaw, Michigan, from May 23 to June 2, which will mark the first time that the CHL’s championship event has ever been held in the state of Michigan. The 2024 Memorial Cup presented by Dow will also air on NHL Network in the United States, while fans outside of North America will be able to catch every game of the tournament on CHL TV.
