The QMJHL unveils its new officials for the 2018-19 season
Boucherville, Que. – Over the course of the 2018-19 season, a total of eleven new faces will be donning the officials’ black and white jerseys for the first time in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
It is an important step in the careers of the five referees and six linesmen that will be making their QMJHL debuts. To work a first-ever regular season game as referee or linesman in the QMJHL represents an important milestone in an official’s progress.
When this occurs, family members, as well as management personnel in different hockey branches, regions and local associations, who participated in the official’s development, can all take pride in such an achievement.
