2008-09 Board of Governors Executive Committee confirmed

VICTORIAVILLE, Saturday, August 23, 2008 – The Commissioner of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, Gilles Courteau, announced today at the General Annual Assembly of the Board of Governors held in Victoriaville the composition of the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors for the 2008-09 season.

"I am thrilled to announce that all five members of last year’s executive committee are back for another season," declared Mr. Courteau.

As such, Jean Brousseau (Moncton Wildcats) is back as President of Board of Governors while Gervais Munger (Chicoutimi Saguenéens) and Louis Brousseau (Drummondville Voltigeurs) will again respectively be first and second Vice-President. Finally, Jean Marcotte (Victoriaville Tigres) is back as Treasurer and Julien Gagnon (Quebec Remparts) as Secretary.
