The Tirecraft Hard Hat Award Program  is designed to promote the benefits of hard work, dedication and teamwork. Essentially, it is a motivational tool that coaches can leverage to help teach kids the benefits of these core values!

Program Details

• The last practice of each week, the Wildcats recommend that the Hard Hat be award to a player that has best demonstrated a solid work ethic, dedication or exemplary teamwork
• Winning players are to receive a Certificate of Achievement and a complimentary Wildcats Student Flex Ticket!
• Winning criteria: works hard at drills, dedicated to the team and doing their best, eagerness to learn, positive attitude, a good listener and is selfless for the team
• The Wildcats Hard Hat may be awarded to the same player more than once – coaches discretion
• Eligible teams include: initiation, novice, atom, peewee and bantam.

• Coaches will be contacted during the beginning of hockey season to confirm their participation in the program.
