GAME RECAP: Titan lose 1-0 to Phoenix at home
The Acadie-Bathurst Titan narrowly lost to the Sherbrooke Phoenix Wednesday night in Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League action. Sherbrooke finished the night with a 1-0 win over the home side at the K.C. Irving Regional Centre.
After a scoreless first period, Thomas Rousseau netted the first and only goal of the night at 2:47 in the second frame. Sherbrooke held onto the lead throughout the remainder of the second and third periods to win the game.
François-James Buteau was named the evenings third Star of the Game, and Sherbrooke netminder Linards Feldbergs had a shutout and was named the second star. Josh Fleming was named the first star, having stopped 24 of 25 shots on goal.
