His responsibilities will include supporting the hockey department in strategic decision-making, player evaluation, recruitment, and fostering a culture of performance within the organization.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are extremely fortunate to be able to count on Maxime\u2019s experience and leadership. Known for his professionalism, vision, and ability to build competitive teams, Charpentier will be responsible for continuing the organization\u2019s development by focusing on the draft, player recruitment, player development, and building a team that aspires to the highest honors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are convinced that S\u00e9bastien possesses all the qualities necessary to lead our hockey department. Their commitment and professionalism enabled us to present a strong bid that showcased our organization, our region, and our community.
