50/50 Draw Changes
2024-09-27
The Halifax Mooseheads Charitable Foundation would like to advise fans of some changes coming to the 50/50 draw in advance of Mooseheads home games for the 2024-25 season.
Due to regulation changes with the Nova Scotia Alcohol and Gaming Division, all 50/50 ticket sales at Mooseheads home games will now be conducted online only via mobile device or at home, similar to the 2023 IIHF World Junior Championship in Halifax.
Fans can participate in the draw from anywhere in Nova Scotia and do not need to be in the building to claim the jackpot.
This change is aligned with the Scotiabank Centre’s move towards a cashless venue experience that will significantly improve concourse congestion during intermissions allowing fans shorter wait times at concessions and merchandise booths.
Visit www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/mooseheads/ on gameday to purchase tickets.
Proceeds go to the Halifax Mooseheads Charitable Foundation which funds community initiatives and programs as well as the player education fund.
The Mooseheads home opener is next Friday, October 4th when the Mooseheads take on QMJHL 1st overall pick Maddox Dagenais and the Quebec Remparts at 7pm.
