The wait is over, Mooseheads fans! The Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League has officially dropped the 2026-27 regular season schedule, and your Halifax Mooseheads are gearing up for a massive year. Packed with fresh talent and championship ambitions, your Mooseheads are ready to hunt for a deep playoff run.
Mark your calendars for some major highlights you won’t want to miss this season.
- The Home Opener: Saturday, September 19th at 7:00 PM against the rival Moncton Wildcats at the Scotiabank Centre.
- Quebec Invasion: Four top-tier teams from Quebec roll into Halifax this October for high-stakes matchups.
- New Year’s Eve Matinee: A classic holiday showdown welcoming the Cape Breton Eagles to town on December 31st.
- Heritage Day Battle: A holiday Monday matinee on February 15th for another heated clash with Moncton.
Our home schedule features 11 Saturday games, eight Sundays, five Fridays, five Thursdays, two Wednesdays and one on Monday. There are some important puck drop times to note with six – 2pm start times scheduled, four at 3pm and a pair of 4pm starts.
The full promotional schedule with theme nights will be announced later this summer.
