Eagles Look To Even Series Tonight In Baie-Comeau
After suffering just their second loss of the post-season last night, the Cape Breton Eagles will look to even up their QMJHL semi-final series against the Baie-Comeau Drakkar tonight. Baie-Comeau took a 1-0 series lead with a 4-0 victory in the opening contet last night.
It was a fast start that paced the home side to a victory in the series opener- Raoul Boilard scoring the first goal at 2:17 and the Drakkar building a 3-0 lead by the 12 minute mark mark. Boilard & Justin Gill each notched a goal and an assist in the win, while Charles-Édward Gravel stopped 26 shots in the shutout victory. He was most frequently tested by Olivier Houde & Cam Squires, who each registered four shots on net.
