Huskies and Saguenéens fined

The Commissioner of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League, GillesrCourteau, today imposed $1,000 fines to both the Chicoutimi Saguenéensrand Rouyn-Noranda Huskies organizations for incidents which occurred inrthe final moments of last Saturday’s game between the two clubs.r

rThe decision was rendered after consulting all concerned parties.r

rIn accordance with the QMJHL policy in the matter of disciplinary sanctions, there will be no further comment.r

Paris (4-3-7; +9) of Acadie-Bathurst, Jason Legault (2-2-4; +3)rof Val-d’Or and Maxime Renaud (1-3-4; +9) of Acadie-Bathurst were alsorconsidered.
