CHL Playoff Notebook: May 6, 2019
Two games were on the docket Monday in the Canadian Hockey League playoffs:
Ontario Hockey League
The Ottawa 67’s were handed defeat for the first time this postseason after dropping Monday’s contest versus the Guelph Storm by a 7-2 score in which Montreal Canadiens prospect Nick Suzuki led the way for the opposition with a three-point night. The Storm will now look to even the series at two games apiece Wednesday on home ice.

Quebec Major Junior Hockey League
The first-place Rouyn-Noranda Huskies have taken the series lead through three games versus the 2019 Memorial Cup presented by Kia host Halifax Mooseheads after coming away with a 5-2 win Monday that saw two-goal efforts by left-wing Joel Teasdale and blue-liner Justin Bergeron. The Huskies will now try for back-to-back wins on Tuesday in Halifax.

Western Hockey League
The Ed Chynoweth Cup Final resumes Tuesday when the Vancouver Giants will look to return to the win column and take the series lead versus the Prince Albert Raiders after getting shut out 4-0 in Game 2.
