Andrei Svechnikov of the Barrie Colts is the top skater in North America as listed by NHL Central Scouting in their Final Rankings for the 2018 NHL Draft.  He earned OHL Rookie of the Year honours and the CHL Top Prospect of the Year Award following a 72 point campaign that included 40 goals and 32 assists in just 44 games.
