Team WHL Announces Roster Changes for the 2008 ADT Canada Russia Challenge
Prince Albert, SK — The Western Hockey League today announced three roster changes for the sixth and final game of the 2008 ADT Canada Russia Challenge to be played Thursday November 27, 2008 in Prince Albert, SK.

Dustin Cameron of the Prince Albert Raiders will play for Team WHL in the final game, replacing Evander Kane of the Vancouver Giants, who is unable to participate due to injury. Derek Hulak of the Saskatoon Blades has been added to the team WHL roster replacing Brandon Kozun of the Calgary Hitmen who was injured during last night’s game in Swift Current. Eric Doyle of the Swift Current Broncos has also been added to Team WHL, replacing Kootenay Ice defenceman John Negrin who is unable to compete due to illness.

Cameron, a Saskatoon, SK, product is in his third full season in the WHL and second season with the Raiders. He has tallied 12 goals and 22 points with 27 penalty minutes in 31 games for the Raiders this season. Cameron was originally chosen in the third round, 55th overall, by the Saskatoon Blades in the 2004 WHL Bantam Draft, and played 87 games for the Blades from 2005 to 2007. He also played for Team West at the 2006 World Under-17 Hockey Challenge.

Saskatoon Blades Captain and leading scorer Hulak, a 19-year-old forward from Saskatoon, SK, has recorded 7 goals, 18 assists, for 25 points in 26 games this season, propelling the Blades into top spot in the Eastern Division. Derek is on pace to exceed his career highs in goals, assists, and points. Since joining the Blades in the 06/07 season from the Pats, Hulak has played in 129 straight games.

Swift Current Broncos’ defenseman Doyle, 19-years-old, from Calgary, AB, is currently leading the Broncos in points with 27 and is second in WHL scoring for defencemen. Eric is currently in his 4th WHL season and his second full season in Swift Current.
