QMJHL Action Sunday Night on Rogers Sportsnet
The QMJHL takes centre stage on Rogers Sportsnet, Sunday night March 1, when the Shawinigan Cataractes host the Moncton Wildcats. The game will be broadcast to a National audience. The puck drops at 7:00 pm live in the Rogers Sportsnet East and Ontario regions and will be shown at 11:00 pm in the Rogers Sportsnet West and Pacific Regions.

The Shawinigan Cataractes are second place in the QMJHL standings with a 49-12-2-0 record for 100 points. The Moncton Wildcats are not far behind with a record of 44-12-2-4 for 94 points. Both teams trail the first place Drummondville Voltigeurs who lead the league with 104 points.

The Cataractes feature Cedric Lalonde-McNicoll who leads the team with 38 goals and 62 assists for 100 points complimented by Nicholas Petersen with 83 points. Goaltender Nicola Riopel of the Wildcats will do his best to stop the high powered Cataractes offence. He leads all QMJHL goaltenders with a 1.97 goals-against-average and a .933 save percentage.
