CHL and Old Dutch Foods Announce New National Contest
Toronto, ON – The Canadian Hockey League in association with corporate partner Old Dutch Foods is excited to announce a new national contest offering minor hockey teams the chance to win a Hockey Day with a CHL team.

Old Dutch Foods are inviting fans to visit www.olddutchfoods.ca/chl and nominate any hockey team of 6-12 year olds deserving of a day of drills, skills, and hockey fun with a CHL team complete with tickets to cheer on your favourite CHL stars live in action. Tell us why your team wants to spend the day with a CHL team and you could win the opportunity of a lifetime! The grand prize includes transportation and accommodation for up to 24 participants.

“Our ‘Win a Hockey Day with a CHL Team’ is an exciting and innovative contest that will provide the winners with lifelong skills and unique memories” said Scott Kelemen of Old Dutch Foods. “Entrants know that a day of drills and skills with a CHL team will provide them with exposure to the NHL’s Future Stars, and might just fulfill dreams that could make them Future Stars as well.”
Contest entrants are also eligible to win daily instant win prizes including ten (10) $100 Boston Pizza gift cards, ten (10) Olympus FE-5000 digital cameras, and twenty-two (22) Old Dutch Snack Packs.

At the halfway point of the contest, fans have already responded with more than 6,000 entries!
